Miami quarterback Cam Ward tossed his 30th touchdown of the season Saturday against Georgia Tech, breaking his school's single-season passing touchdowns record and becoming the first FBS quarterback to throw for at least 30 touchdowns in the process.

Cam Ward stands alone as the Miami Hurricanes’ single-season touchdown passes leader. Ward’s 74-yard touchdown to Elijah in the first quarter against Georgia Tech on Saturday was his 30th of the season, breaking a tie with Steve Walsh’s mark from the 1988 season for the most in a single season in Hurricanes history.

While Miami's defense is nowhere near as good as the ones that helped make the program dominant, they do happen to have one of the best quarterbacks in the country, Cam Ward. The Washington State transfer has carried the team all season, and on Saturday, in the team's Week 11 game against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, he made history.

Ward posted his commercial with the luxury brand advertising the "Aqua Di Gio" cologne. “Look good, play good. Smell good, play good," Ward said in the ad. Ward and the Hurricanes are fresh off a 53-31 victory over the Duke Blue Devils.

As one of the few 9-0 teams entering Week 11, Miami is no longer undefeated in 2024. The Cam Ward-led Hurricanes suffered their first loss of the season in a shocking upset to Georgia Tech. Following the loss,
