The No. 21 Ole Miss Rebels are on a hot streak in SEC play as they have opened league action with a 4-0 record, most recently upsetting the No. 4 Alabama Crimson Tide in Tuscaloosa for the program's first-ever road win over an AP Top 5 team.

It was easy to overlook a hot start to Chris Beard's second season at Ole Miss for a couple of reasons. The Rebels also started with a bang in 2023-24, standing at 15-1 this time last year before going 5-11 and missing the NCAA Tournament.

Alabama (14-3 overall, 3-1 SEC) committed 21 turnovers and allowed 14 steals while being held to a season-low in points. Only Aden Holloway (15 points) and Mark Sears (11 points) reached double figures for the Tide, who came in averaging a league-best 91 points a night.
