Kieran Culkin is the latest star to join the cast of " The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping ." The Academy Award winner will portray Caesar Flickerman in the highly anticipated film, Lionsgate announced on social media Thursday.

Lionsgate announced it would be producing a film adaptation of Suzanne Collins' "Sunrise on the Reaping" before the book was even released.

Sunrise of the Reaping has rounded out its cast, and its final two actors are the ones that fans were yelling about the most in terms of who would be perfect. That would be Kieran Culkin and Elle Fanning.
