Sarah Snook would love to be involved with the film adaptation of her one-woman play The Picture of Dorian Gray. It was announced last year that Cate Blanchett's production company Dirty Films had acquired the film rights to the Sydney Theatre Company's stage adaptation of Oscar Wilde's classic novel.

Sarah Snook has no "idea'" how to turn her stage version of The Picture of Dorian Gray into a film because the stage show is a "a particularly complex piece" of theatre.
