Houston airports expect millions of fliers as spring break starts next week, bringing the first travel surge of the year. George Bush Intercontinental Airport and William P. Hobby Airport will see record demand with around 2.

United Airlines travelers flying from Terminal E will no longer need to check in at Terminal C, which acted as a temporary check-in location while multi-million-dollar renovations were underway.

The project, dubbed "Starling," will include rental units and 30,000 square feet of retail space. It will be on the corner of Westheimer and Montrose Blvd.

For now, the newly renovated terminal will serve only United Airlines passengers, allowing them to check in directly at Terminal E instead of Terminal C.

The airport said the facility will have more space, faster security, and an improved check-in experience for United Airlines passengers.
