A firefighter with Sioux City Fire Rescue has been charged with sexually abusing a child in northeast Iowa. According to court documents, Justin Thompson, 47, of Sergeant Bluff, was arrested Jan. 23 and charged with one count of third-degree sexual abuse – child victim out of Winneshiek County.
