Grand Forks' Alerus Center might need city approval for concert funding in as little as 24 to 48 hours, officials from the events center told the City Council's finance committee Monday.

The Alerus Center posted on its Facebook account Friday afternoon that the Jonas Brothers concert will not be rescheduled. Originally planned to be held Nov. 17, it was postponed as that day neared.
