Cades Cove Loop reopens in the Smokies, park saysGATLINBURG, Tenn. (WVLT) - Thursday afternoon, officials with the Great Smoky Mountains National Park announced that Cades Cove Loop Road and Greenbrier Road had closed due to high waters.
