A three-alarm fire destroyed a house in north Portland and damaged an adjacent building on Sunday afternoon, according to a spokesperson with Portland Fire & Rescue.

Multiple fire agencies responded Saturday to a five-alarm fire at the old Commercial Hotel on East Main Street in Stockton.
