Fire crews are responding to the Rowena Fire, a brush fire that sparked Wednesday afternoon near Interstate 84 in Wasco County.

The view from KGW's skycam in The Dalles shows how rapidly the city became covered with smoke from the fire near Rowena, just west of The Dalles.
