Leaders in McDowell County are offering a message of love and support to their fellow mountaineers as travesty flows in Ohio and Marion Counties.

Governor Patrick Morrisey declared a State of Emergency in Ohio County, West Virginia, following heavy rains and flash flooding that lead to deaths and many people being unaccounted for.
