Water rescues are ongoing across San Antonio, as a flash flood warning is set to expire after rush hour this morning.

A tornado warning was issued by the National Weather Service in Mount Holly, New Jersey, at 10:55 p.m. on May 30.

Tornado watch expires as flash flood warnings are issued for Philadelphia, South Jersey and surrounding areas.

A large swath of Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland are part of a flood watch issued by the National Weather Service.
