On Sunday, Feb. 2, a.k.a. Groundhog Day, crowds headed to Gobbler's Knob in Punxsutawney, Pa., to find out what the famous groundhog would see when he emerged from his hole.

At Gobbler's Knob, Punxsutawney Phil fans got 'fired up' as they knocked on the famous Groundhog's tree stump, waiting for signs of whether winter would continue. Which way will it go?

The festivities started much earlier in Gobblers Knob, which had a day filled with events starting at 4 a.m. and lasting through the afternoon.
