Houston Mayor John Whitmire announced a new traffic safety initiative on Thursday, targeting reckless driving and dangerous behavior along two of Houston's busiest highways: I-45 and US-59.

The festival kicked off in Manchester, Tennessee, though it was also livestreamed exclusively on Hulu + Live TV for subscribers. It began on Thursday, June 12, and will go on until Sunday, June 15.
