A shooting happened in the 3600 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard on Sunday night just before 11 p.m., according to Las Vegas Police. A couple was streaming on YouTube when Photos and videos posted on Facebook show the roadway blocked off on the Strip near the location.

A man turned himself in Monday in connection with a shooting on the Las Vegas Strip that killed two people. Manuel Ruiz, 41, surrendered to the Henderson Police Station in Clark County, the Las Vegas Metro Police Department said in a news release. Ruiz has been booked on two counts of open murder with a deadly weapon, police said.
