Interstate 12 eastbound at the I-55 Overpass has reopened after a truck trailer hauling more than a dozen bales of hay overturned.

State troopers and recovery crews remain on the scene and are continuing cleanup operations. Authorities said the eastbound lanes will remain closed for recovery.
