GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas — A person stole a police car and led officers on a high-speed chase that reached speeds of more than 100 mph before ending in a crash in North Texas, officials say.

GIPD is set to see new technology to go with their new fleet vehicles after city council approved the purchase.
