A bad week for New Era's "overlap" MLB hats just got worse. MLB removed the Los Angeles Angels and Houston Astros versions of the hats from its online stores Tuesday, according to Front Office Sports.

But right now, caps are stealing all the headlines. New Era rolled out their new "Overlap" hats for the 2025 season earlier this week. However, the hats haven't exactly been received well.
