If commissioner Adam Silver thinks his hypothetical rule change will solve all the NBA's problems, he's sorely mistaken.

On Wednesday, Silver went on "The Dan Patrick Show" and was asked about the "wildest" changes he and the league have considered. Silver said that one thing he'd been thinking about was the possibility of dropping from 12-minute quarters to 10-minute quarters.
