Nike’s “Jumpman” logo is an indelible piece of American branding history. One need not even be familiar with the company’s famous Michael Jordan-inspired sneakers to recognize it immediately.
The Palm Beach Post is reporting that Nike is suing CrossFit CityPlace, a gym located in West Palm Beach, Fla., because the company's logo resembles the Jumpman, but flipped upside down.
While Nike had one Jumpman logo lawsuit dismissed, it's still involved in another case from 2014 where it's trying to get a CrossFit gym to stop using the logo shown to the above right.
