The driver of a suspected stolen flatbed truck collided into multiple other vehicles during a chase in the Long Beach area Friday afternoon and was arrested minutes after crashing the truck and walking away from the wreckage.

As he made his way into Long Beach, the driver became even more erratic, speeding wildly on a crowded thoroughfare, leaving multiple vehicles with minor damage. But with traffic stopped at one intersection, the suspect plowed the work truck into the rear of at least three vehicles, pushing his way through the wreckage.

Los Angeles police officers are pursuing a suspect in a white work truck that’s believed to be stolen. Sky5 is overhead.
