To the Editor: In the spirit of the holiday, I wanted to personally thank all of those who make Girl Scouting possible for the 30,000 Girl Scouts in Connecticut.

Thank you to more than 17,000 adult members of Girl Scouting who volunteered their time, resources, and giving hearts to changing the lives of 38,000 Girl Scouts across Connecticut.

Thank you for the front page article highlighting Boy Scouts. How great a story and how very proud the entire troop, their leaders and families must be. Thank you. I congratulate them.
