A deputy with the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office has been arrested after allegedly sexually assaulting an inmate at the judicial annex.

Barber was arraigned in Kanawha County Magistrate Court on Tuesday for being a fugitive from justice and taken to the South Central Regional Jail.

Mullins is being held in the South Central Regional Jail on $100,000 bail. Deputies are still looking for the second man.
