Hwoarang has been confirmed as a playable character in Tekken 8. The news came by way of the game's official social media accounts earlier today, complete with a shiny gameplay trailer, too.

Throughout all of Tekken, Hwoarang has been a pretty formidable mainstay. The Taekwondo master has given plenty of love to kick-based offense in the series and players who enjoy that style of combat.
