The look of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville campus over the last 20 or even 10 years has been changing rapidly as it undergoes a brick-and-concrete metamorphosis.

An 87-year-old Clarksville woman, who doesn’t live in a designated floodplain, has had her home flood four times since 2009.
