The Yankees had tried to acquire Amed Rosario multiple times over the past few years.

The New York Yankees have acquired veteran infielder Amed Rosario from the Washington Nationals in exchange for right-hander Clayton Beeter and outfielder Browm Martinez.

Rosario, who began his career with the Mets, isn’t a great defender, but he can play almost anywhere.
