Astronomer, a data company headquartered in New York, confirmed on LinkedIn that its CEO, Andy Byron, has stepped down.

"Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met," the company said in a statement.

Astronomer CEO Andy Byron has resigned from the DataOps company after the kiss-cam at a Coldplay concert captured his presumed affair with a woman believed to be his head of HR. The company confirmed in a statement shared with the Daily News on Saturday that Byron had stepped down.
