Two passengers who were on the flight that flipped as it landed at Toronto Pearson International Airport have filed lawsuits in U.S. courts seeking damages.

Delta Air Lines is offering passengers who were on the flight that crashed and overturned at Toronto Pearson International Airport $30,000 each.
