Daniel Penny, who was acquitted in December on charges of negligent homicide after putting a man in a chokehold on a subway car in New York City, landed a role with a major investment firm.
Mr. Penny, who was acquitted after choking a mentally ill subway passenger to death, will work for Andreessen Horowitz.
