Lake Mary's Little League Girls' Softball Team won the first round of the World Series Tournament with a 9-2 victory over the Northwest Regional Champions from Washington State.

Lake Mary, Florida won four straight games to win a spot in the 2025 Little League Softball World Series. The Lake Mary Little League softball team features 12 players between 10 and 12 years old. Lake Mary Little League already has a baseball champion at the Little League World Series. Now the softball team is looking to join the celebration.
