A massive search is stretching into its second day for a man who authorities say posed as a police officer and fatally shot a Democratic state lawmaker in her suburban Minneapolis home.
Across the regular scheduled session and one-day special session, lawmakers struck major deals on health care, infrastructure, labor and taxes — while deferring action on housing and sports betting.
