Nashville police are investigating a report that a rope tied like a noose was found hanging from the ceiling at the new Nissan Stadium construction site on July 17. It's unclear whether the rope was meant to symbolize a noose. But representatives of the Nashville Mayor's Office said all workers were sent home after the rope was found.
