Universal Orlando's highly anticipated new theme park with five worlds featuring 50 attractions (including 11 rides!) is now open

Universal Orlando’s third theme park, the first since the introduction of Islands of Adventure in 1999, is now officially open.

Venture into the mysterious Dark Universe, where legendary monsters await. The eerie Village of Darkmoor gives guests the chance to explore the chilling world of timeless characters like Dracula and Frankenstein. Dine at Das Stakehaus, a dining hall run by vampire “familiars” serving up delicious kebabs and burgers.

Universal Orlando’s Epic Universe officially opened its gates on Thursday, marking the area’s first major U.S. theme park debut in more than two decades. The celebration kicked off at 8 a.m. with a dazzling fireworks display over Celestial Park, the park’s central hub.

Theme park takes advantage of leaps in high-tech advances and presents 21st century interactive experiences to guests.
