Many of the victims were in their cars when a wall of water descended on the area around Northeast Loop 410 and Perrin Beitel Road early Thursday morning, sweeping vehicles into Beitel Creek.

At least 11 people have died and several are still missing after flash flooding hit San Antonio, Texas.

Officials said that they were still searching for survivors after a storm on Thursday in the San Antonio region.
