Louisville Metro police are asking for the public's help identifying a man seen on video at the scene of a shooting Wednesday morning in Portland. The shooting happened just before 9 a.m. near 22nd and Market streets. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man who had been shot.
The mayor’s proposal is designed “to unlock units in our pipeline and attract investment for new projects," a city report noted.
