Texas Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick says he is concerned about fairness and transparency after an $83.5 million-winning ticket was sold to a courier service that also owns the store where the ticket was bought.

Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick is investigating the legality of lottery couriers after a winning $83.5M lottery ticket was sold at a North Austin store. That store has sold several winning tickets in the past couple of years.

Texas leads the nation with more than 12 million head of cattle. Patrick wants restaurants and grocery stores here in the Lone Star State to change the name.
