Baton Rouge is showing up in a big way to help a Baton Rouge Police officer who recently lost his son.

The crash happened on I-10 East near Washington Street. As of 10:42 a.m., the right lane remains blocked, and the exit ramp is blocked due to an accident. Traffic officials said congestion is approaching LA 1 near Port Allen.

Deputies said they are asking for the public’s help to identify some people accused of breaking into a store.
