There’s a good chance that Taylor could be the Bears’ punter for the next 8 to 10 years, but just because he’s here for a long time, that doesn’t necessarily make him a building block.

It's just been one block of four practices but some Bears have risen to the forefront while others, mostly because of injuries, have stepped back.
