China's Vice Commerce Minister Li Chenggang said on Tuesday that the Chinese and the U.S. negotiating teams had agreed a framework on trade after two days of talks, and would take that back to their leaders.

LONDON (AP) — The U.S. and China held a second day of talks Tuesday in London aimed at easing their trade dispute, after President Donald Trump said China is “not easy” but the U.S. was “doing well” at the negotiations.

U.S. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick said on Wednesday that a trade framework and implementation plan agreed with China in London should result in restrictions on rare earths and magents being resolved.
