The Cleburne City Council granted a specific use permit concerning a tattoo parlor during its Tuesday meeting. Council members also agreed to accept an unsolicited bid for a parcel of city property.

The new shop specializes in fine line tattoos and permanent eyebrow makeup and will host its grand opening in May.
