It's day four of the cleanup in Southwest Detroit after a water main break flooded the area wreaking havoc on hundreds of homes.

The city says that of the nearly 400 homes in the flood zone, 190 had basements flooded and 174 lost heat. City officials have offered hotel rooms to those affected.
