Rives, a city in Obion County, is undergoing mandatory evacuations due to a levee break from flooding this weekend.

Homeowners are still cleaning up after a powerful winter storm brought damaging winds, rains and flash foods to parts of the South. Among the hardest hit towns is Clarksville, Tennessee. Nicole Valdes reports.

In the must-see video above, parts of Tennessee were submerged under water on Sunday, February 16, as “extensive flooding” hit portions of the state.

Water surged beyond the banks of the Obion River early Sunday, breaching levees and leading to the evacuation of nearly everyone in the small West Tennessee town of Rives as roads and homes flooded.
