Rookie third-round quarterback Jalen Milroe isn't expected to play a role as a passer in 2025, but he's already impressing the Seattle Seahawks' coaching staff with his intangible traits through six sessions of organized team activities.

The Seattle Seahawks took a chance on their potential quarterback of the future in the third round of the 2025 NFL Draft, as the team selected Jalen Milroe with the No.92 overall pick, the selection they acquired in the Geno Smith trade with the Las Vegas Raiders.

The Seattle Seahawks began the next phase of their offseason program on Tuesday at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center. They’re scheduled to hold nine voluntary practices ahead of their three-day mandatory minicamp, which begins June 17. Three of the nine voluntary practices are open to the media next week (minicamp is open to the media as well).
