Billionaire Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has sold his sprawling Hunts Point, WA, estate for a record-breaking $63 million, less than two years after he and fiancée Lauren Sanchez moved their primary residence from the tony Seattle suburb to Miami.

Bezos purchased the 9,420-square-foot Hunts Point property — which late art collector Barney A. Ebsworth previously owned — in 2019 for $37.5 million.
