Survivors of the deadly tornadoes that struck parts of Kentucky continue to sift through the rubble as widespread cleanup efforts were underway in Laurel County, about 90 miles south of Lexington.

The cleanup focused on small creeks flowing into the river and roads around Butler. It's called the Boo Project, named after Robert "Boo" Singleton who made it his mission to keep the river clean.

Dozens of volunteers from the community of Butler, Kentucky, and the surrounding areas came together to clean up the community and honor one of their own who died in April's historic flooding.

People have come from around the country to help storm victims in the small town of London, Kentucky where 17 people died after tornadoes' swept through on Friday.
