Kermit the Frog was celebrated by the state of California with a proclamation. Now, Disney is declaring May 9 'Kermit the Frog Day.'

Thursday night Kermit Thee Frog delivered a speech sending the class of 2025 into the next chapter of their lives. The beloved Muppet offered words of optimism and encouragement to the graduating students. Kermit has a long history with the school. Muppets creator Jim Henson graduated from the University in 1960.
