A teenage boy allegedly chased down a 32-year-old man and fired multiple shots, killing him, after a near collision between his bicycle and the victim's car.

Police say the gunman rode up on a bike and fired several shots at a man, who is believed to be homeless, under the bridge.

It followed a report that cyclist and a man on a Sur-Ron electric bike were involved in a crash. The man on the black Sur-Ron bike then rode off towards Liverpool Road.

A man is fighting for his life after he crashed his motorbike at Pieces Creek, north of Crows Nest. According to the initial reports from the Queensland Ambulance Service, the man came off his bike on Pierces Creek Road, near the intersections with White Road and Boulder Road, shortly before 12pm on Saturday.
