The Miami Dolphins saw both Jalen Ramsey and Jonnu Smith decide not to attend mandatory minicamps amid their ongoing trade and contract disputes with the team.

At his height, Ramsey was a shutdown corner and arguably the best player at his position, with seven Pro Bowls, three first-team All-Pro selections and a Super Bowl title on his résumé. He's a first-ballot Hall of Famer, no doubt, but the question now is whether the 30-year-old has any elite seasons at cornerback left in the tank.

Miami Dolphins cornerback Jalen Ramsey will not attend mandatory minicamp, reports Ian Rapoport, as he and the franchise continue to work toward a trade. Ramsey and the Dolphins reached a mutual agreement in April to part ways but have yet to finalize a trade partner and return package.
