The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District and the Tennessee Valley Authority are teaming up for a free tour of the Guntersville Lock on the Tennessee River.

The Richard L. Schafer Dam Spillway at Lake Success is now complete, adding 9.8 billion gallons of water storage and improving flood protection for surrounding communities.
