This NTP status is a bit off right now because I just replaced some dead NTP servers, updated some packages which causes higher load, and restarted NTP. It's only been running for 10 minutes or so.

I would have setup an internal NTP server and let it sync to pool.ntp.org, and with a firewall you can just rewrite all requests to whatever:123 to your own internal one.
